Cherry City Electric is a member of the Lean Construction Institute, both locally and nationally.  We have fully embraced their philosophy by requiring all CCE supervisors to complete a 10 hour Lean Bootcamp training session.  Simply put, Lean is about focusing on value, eliminating waste and continuously improving.    Lean Construction is driven to minimize costs and maximize value on each project completed, challenging all stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.
