This project consisted of a 7-story in-patient tower with 120 beds, 12 Operating Rooms, 5 Cath Labs, a rapid response lab, 48 ICU rooms, an expanded ER,  multiple imaging rooms, a chapel and conference facilities with one level of underground parking.  The use of 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) enabled the project team to reduce the overall construction schedule by a month and a half.  This design validation process reduced the time for coordination to one floor of the tower by half.  The hospital project was awarded 2nd Place in the DJC 2010 Top Project award competition.
